After receiving full payment, confirming the account was closed and pulled from collections 3 months ago!!! -> they try to say there is still a full balance tell me it is my fault I got sent to collection in the first place. SOOO Rude and condescending, cutting off my questions. Put on hold by one rep while she read the notes and then Taneisha or whatever the heck her name is the perfect example of a vile human. Not representing their creditors well as it is illegal to pursue collections from someone that was covered by Insurance and proved it in the first place.
