I recently too was scammed by this horrible company , but not only did I file a claim in small claims to get my money back I aslo filed a claim with the California's DA office and Fedral Trade Commission, as well as HUDS.gov to report the company for scamming people too. I would advise anyone who has encountered them and been scammed contact California DA office or DA in your state, the federal trade commission, and HUDS.gov. Smalls claim will get your money back make sure you have you contract with them and your cancelled checks.
