Quirky Bird outsourced their work to us. We did the work but quirky bird did not pay the owed amount. The only ones who suffered was us and the client. They outsource their work, cut off the worker at 99% completion, fail to pay the remaining deposit, then find another outsource company to finish the 1%.

BEWARE. Quirky Bird (Staci Brillhart) conducts QUESTIONABLE business practices behind closed doors. If you want a website that takes months, and some times over a year for completion, then by all means, choose Quirky Bird. If not, please please please find another web design company who does not outsource work, has a great reputation, and is local.
