These guy's ripped me off. I attempted to purchase two domains from them but after the transaction failed I filed multiple support tickets that never received a response, they were simply "closed" with no reply. Eventually I gave up and took my business elsewhere WITHOUT a refund. I then purchased the domains from another company and it worked the first time. Oddly enough, the domains are still incorrectly listed in RegFly's (their new name) site as purchased. If you want more info about this shady company, search them on google and read other customer's stories. Go to http://registerflies.com to see more, there is also a class action lawsuit against them.
