Where do I begin? I'm currently in the market for a 2011 Honda CRZ. I pulled quotes via e-mail and phone calls. My best quote came from Riverside Metro Honda. The next best quote was maybe $600 more. Anyhow, I spoke with Katie from the Internet department. I believe she is a manager in that department. I don't live too close to this dealership so it's not like I can just pop up and check out the car. I confirmed on three separate occasions with Katie that the price I was quoted was IN FACT the actual price and no additional surprises would occur the day of my appointment. Anyhow, I show up and the car looks great. Two of my family members had their credit pulled and then Danny from Finance decides to add $1,500 on top of the price of the car for alleged accessories that were never mentioned to me nor were they included in the online quote. Danny tries really hard for ol' switch and bait sales technique and then finally goes as far to say, "I can possibly knock off half of that $1,500 increase." In the end, watch out for these salesmen. They're ALWAYS working for their OWN best interest - never the customer. I would give them ZERO stars if I can.
