We recently used Shuttle2LAX for a trip to France. The pickup went flawlessly and we arrived at LAX in plenty of time to check in. When we returned 11 days later, our plane was 40 minutes late - but again, there were no problems. The company representative was very easy to find after exiting baggage claim. While we did make two laps of the airport to pick up additional passengers and fill the van, that is to be expected.
We would use them again and highly recommend their services. They're a real bargain. Very convenient. Drivers were polite and the vans clean.
