They left us stranded at the airport. The plane was delayed more than an hour coming in to LAX. The driver couldn't contact us. Once we landed we made four attempts to contact the company. They didn't answer the phone, respond to texts or e-mail. They left us to fend for ourselves. We had to arrange other transportation to get home. They deserve a zero rating. Take a cab, use Uber or Lyft don't use this company. They have no sense of customer service. They abandon us!!!
