The contact with Smith Brothers Appliance Repair rated tops! Our refrigerator/freezer just stopped working and the food in the freezer was melting rapidly. A technician arrived at our door within one hour of the contact to Smith Brothers. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable.
