Please save yourselves from major aggravations, poor customer service and dealing with incompetence. We choose this company to be able to get good quality cabinets at a low price just like any other good consumer. However, if I would have read the reviews before ordering my small simple kitchen I would have opted out to either complete it myself or have had a major company install them. The kitchen was to be completed in 2 days as per the sales person, but apparently that became 69 days. I will not mention any details as I can see the owner likes to reply back and I don't feel like reading any of his comments. However, I do need to reiterate very strongly that once the sales person sells the product and wishes you well you are on your own. Then the installation process is simple right? Wrong! The 1st installer was a very messy installer who brought several men (non employees, but men who stand at Home Depot in the hopes of landing a day job) to my home. Always gave excuses for not calling before coming, or who gave too many excuses for not finishing or not coming at all. I had to deal with the secretary, then logistics (so they call it that department), then I was given the privilege of meeting with the owner. Please. He had to no idea what I was going through and pretended, very well I may say, that he was going to make sure it will all work out. Ah ha!. Whatever, he didn't care, the sales person didn't care, the installer was fired, the logistics ;-) person no longer worked there, blah blah blah. Basically a disaster of a business motto I may say. Bottom line, after 11 visits from two different installers, which by the way the last guy was a fill-in, and was not really into installing kitchen cabinets for a living, however he was very nice, prompt, communicated well, clean and meticulous working. So I thank him. So that is my story. Save yourself from massive aggravation and buy somewhere else.
