Beware of this scam

I received unsolicited mail claiming to be from my mortgage company, turned out this company is buying information and pretending to offer modification for 3495.00 upfront. After speaking with Brad Prepon who said he was a lawyer I discovered that they are not reputable and only out to take advantage of anybody trying to save there homes. I have special needs child who require round the clock care and they promised to intervene in my behalf. Instead they are avoiding my calls and never contacted my mortgage company after taking my money. STAY away from this company at all cost.
