At first I was a little hesitant if anyone could help me negotiate the Commercial Lease for my business, but after speaking with Mr. Taylor and Ivan i believed there was hope for my situation. I took 3 months but resolution came and I couldn't be happier. I got a reduction on my lease from $7,700.00 to $6,000.00
Knowing some one that specializes in the field of Real Estate makes such a big difference. I would recommend them any time.
