Their customer service is the worst. I needed a notebook battery for a trip I had planned in July... It's now October and I still do not have a working battery or my money back. I was sent a battery that was DOA and instead of taking it back immediately and replacing it, I had to correspond and trouble shoot this dead battery for two weeks, then I had to send it back on my dime (which will not be credited).. At this point they have stopped communicating with me and have made no efforts to resolve the situation. I have sent over 20 e-mails to them. Their phones are automated. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I have requested for an investigation through my credit card company.
