My parent bought a car for Christmas. Part was missing and they were told they would get it for them. It’s February and they still keep giving us the run around. Was already told twice that the part was already purchased but after a week I go they give excuses about why the part hasn’t been ordered. The part is a lower grill and its only $50 used. They can’t find time to purchase it or at least give me the money to purchase it myself. Very bad customer service unless you’re going to purchase a new car. Once you have purchased it don’t expect them to keep their word. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. FIND A BETTER DEALER.
