I have been hassled by there firm in Tx for a little over a month. They said they have sent out many letter and I have to pay the balance or they will sue. When I told him I could provide insurance information he said no you have to pay it insurance will not help we do not deal with insurance. I told him I didn't have a job that I was a stay at home mom he said that he was marking the account as a refusal to pay. I said I never refused to pay anything and I asked to steak to the manager and he said he was the only person there everyone else had went home for the day. I said well I want a call back Monday morning to settle this all out and he said then you call Monday and I said no you put it in there that I am to receive a call Monday. He informed me that it wouldn't happen. I asked for his name and he hung up the phone! This company is very rude and doesn't know how to handle there self when speaking with someone!
