September of 2010 - DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY PERSONAL BANKING INFORMATION!!!! They have been harassing me for 6 months now. I have been out of work for over 2 years, and 2 of my accounts have been purchased by them. They use threatening tactics, and I decided to take one of the settlement offers on my Lowe's account, however, it was under the condition that if I could not borrow the funds to make good I would cancel. They said ok. Don't trust a collection agency. I was unable to borrow the funds, and I faxed a letter over to them, and called them and told them there would not be funds there to cover the check and they said they would cancel the agreement. Stupid me did not stop payment on the check, as I was being a trusting soul! So they pulled the account even after receiving the letter clearing stating they did not have authorization to do so. I contacted my bank and took the letter and they reversed all charges. In the meantime, they are calling me and threatening me with a lawsuit. I told them first of all there would not be an NSF had you not pulled the money from my account after I spoke with your office and faxed a letter. My bank told me to close the account now that they had my account information. They had also heard about this agencies tactics as well.
