I was impressed with the parts available for my vehicle on their website, however after making a purchase, I have spent many hours trying to get hold of the company concerning my order. They mention shipping within 24 hours of ordering but I never received any shipping information after my intial order confirmation was received. I called daily since my order was placed and I finally got hold of them the first time 3 days after my order was placed. I was told that it will be shipped that day.. still no tracking info. I had much difficulty contacting them again. I contacted them again two days later and was again told it was shipped and that they would email me the tracking information but I never received it...FINALLY I talked to them today (after 8 days) and the third time, I was given a tracking number. Seems they need to revamp their order / shipping process to ensure the customer is confident that oder had been shipped. Also need to get more customer svc. reps to handle calls...
