Being a small business, every dollar matters to us. In August 2012 we were faced with the unfortunate circumstance of having a client bounce checks to us after they had received their product.
We never had cause to use a collection agency before and had no idea what was involved in starting a claim. From start to finish The Kaplan Group was professional, informative and quickly produced results for us. Our client quickly paid once the Kaplan Group went to work.
We had the pleasure of working with one person, Lisa Kaplan, during the entire claim which is always better than having a massive call center assist you. Besides providing excellent service, Lisa was personable, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable on the process of collections.
We will use The Kaplan Group again should we ever have the need.
