Call this number 888-557-7857 and be prepared to wait on hold about 10 minutes. But then a fairly friendly woman will refund your credit card charge. At least that's what she said would happen in 3-5 days! I also thought I was buying the "free" report for $1, but when I saw the $29.95 charge I called them and they are (hopefully, fingers crossed) crediting my card.
