I sold my Honda Pilot to this company yesterday, and surprisingly had a pleasant experience which I thought I should share with others incase they need help deciding whether or not this is the company to do business with. My appraiser asked me to stop by Carmax and a couple of dealers which in my case were Honda of Santa Monica and one in Hollywood, so that I can get a couple of appraisals and then see him for a better offer. I did that and even though I showed him the appraisals, he still did his own and showed me how well and why he’s able to beat those offers. What amazed me is that he could have given me a couple of hundred more and I would of been a happy camper but there was an eleven hundred higher offer than Carmax that surprised me. I asked him what’s the catch and was told that no catch that they just want to show customers how well they can beat other offers. I like the fact that they’re thinking about franchising this business. Best of luck to them. I will recommend them highly to others.
