I would not recommend this dental office for several reasons. First of all, they overbook their appointments for the day, which causes the patient to wait for a long period of time before being seen by the dentist or the dental hygenist. Most of my visits required me to wait at least 30 mins in the lobby, and then another 15 mins in the room. Second of all, the front office is very rude and do not have phone etiquette. When you call the office to make an appointment, they put you on hold for up to 8 mins. I have actually timed the minutes that they have placed me on hold! And when they finally pick up the line, they give the impression that you are interrupting their day. Lastly, the front office does a very poor job managing insurance claims for orthodontic billing. They neglect to submit claims to insurance, and when you are finally apprised of the situation, the claim may be 12 months past due and outside the insurance policy for claims. This office did not submit an insurance claim to my provider for 10 months! When I brought this up to the office manager, she told me that they only bill as a courtesy. And that the patient is responsible for filing claims. They will hold you responsible for any outstanding balances, and will refuse to provide service unless you pay the bill in full. This office does not take any responsiblity for their lack of competence. They have very little knowledge on orthodontic billing, are extremly rude, and have absolutely no customer service skills.
