My experience was with their South Sacramento office. I have never seen so much disorganization, unsystematic management and the most unprofessional manager. People there with me at the same time, (and it happens everytime we are there) complain that they have to wait for hours. Why bother set an appointment if you have to wait for an hour. When I was there with my two children showing up for the same appointment time they got called an hour apart, and again it happens everytime, sometimes they call them in and they sit there in the chair for 45 minutes and nobody works on them. I asked to speak to a manager and they said she is too busy, but you see her in her office only putting on make up. Then when I express your frustration to the receptionist about it they look at you like you are not entitled to do so. When we left there the manager stands at her office doorway and waves at me in sarcastic way. TOTALLY GHETTO! The worst is, when you call their patient relations department at their corporate office, they are also ill mannered, and don't know how to handle customers who were frustrated by one of their offices. They say I don't have to listen to you and hang up. Geez, why work in patient relations? I have been getting this message out at Yahoo, yelp, Bing, and I am also finding the same reviews there by other clients. What happened to Good Customer service.
