We recently moved to the area and signed up for the Wisprenn service. About 2 weeks after we had it, I received a phone call from wisprenn staff letting me know my internet wasn't connecting. Needless to say, I was shocked that they were calling me. The gentleman walked me through what could be wrong (i accidentally unplugged it)and the problem was fixed. Has anyone ever been called by a cable, satellite or internet company letting you know of a problem!!! Usually we call, push 29 buttons, get hung up on, call back, push another 40 buttons, finally get a hold of someone who tells you it's the wrong department, transfers you to another person who you wait at least 15 minutes for, they finally answer and you can't understand a word they are saying, get mad, slam the phone down and make your spouse call!! I would recommend wisprenn. They actually answer, have great customes support, you can understand them, and they are friendly. I don't know anything about how fast the internet service is, but I have two teenage daughters who don't complain so that's gotta be good!
