Good product, but poor customer service, website, and billing

Zoodles provides the "Kid Mode" mobile application. The application is a good product, but they don't have the systems set in place for billing and costumer service. They have poor response for billing inquiries and complaints, and do not answer their phone, but tell the caller to leave a message, and no more. I was dissatisfied with them as a company, even if their product is good.
