Was a seller for 10 years and because of 1 claim from a buyer my account was terminated just like that. eBay is the worst place to sell your stuff online, they will charge you tons of fees and let the buyer have refunds when they contact them. We had a buyer that wanted a refund, we told him to send it back and will refund you, instead he complained to ebay and they refunded him for the item, so I had to pay the money back and he didnt return it. Then asked ebay about it and then they removed all my listings and suspended my selling. WOW after 10 years of being a ebayer and just like that strewed over because of 1 buyer.
**Warning dont sell or buy on ebay, when they remove listings they delete all orders under that listing so if you buy from someone that got removed, you will be in the dark and ebay will not be there for you, so if the selling is honest will contact you hopefully.
All my customers were left in the dark luckily I have already uploaded them to the stamps program, so I was able to get their emails and contact them letting them know that ebay is acting weird and will still send the items.
So I would say dont buy or sell on ebay they think that their buyers and sellers dont mean anything because they have so many, well all it takes is 1.
So goodbye ebay forever...
