I don't think eBay treats sellers fair! eBay makes it to easy for buyers to take advantage of sellers. It's hard to contact help on eBay. If you try to email them you never get a reply. They say they can't share info due to info is privet. So you never know if they even tryed to help! and if you call you can never understand the person on the phone. But there not much help all they tell you is you will get a email in 72 hours. I have lost alot of money selling on eBay. International shipping some times takes a long time ESP with Customs. And once the packages leaves USA there is no tracking on first class. eBay will give buyers there money back QUICK. They won't even give the package extra time! Even tho the tracking says shipped or in rout. eBay still takes your money and gives it back to buyers! Sellers will lose there item and payment and fees. eBay needs to change this! Once a seller takes the package to the USPS the seller did there job. Sellers can not help what the mailman dose or how long it takes. Buyers alway pick the cheapest shipping with no insurance. but expect more. But sellers have to take a loss because of post office mistakes. eBay has went down hill alot since I first started selling. I do not like how buyers can leave NEG feedback but sellers can't. That's not really fair to sellers! There are BAD buyers out there and sellers should be able to leave HONEST feedback for a bad buyer! Sellers hands are tied by this! Buyers hold this over sellers heads! As the saying gos "the costumer is always right" some are always looking to get free stuff and eBay is well aware of this! eBay needs to make more effort to look into cases and investigate. I had a buyer open a case saying item not received! I had the tracking number and paid receipt from USPS but I still lost the case and lost $90.00. All Becouse the tracking number said package was dropped off and in rout. Buyer still won. I have lost about 600.00 in the month because of this! ebay always replys with case is in the buyer favor. Wish eBay would look over there rules and change a few and keep the seller in mind too! Fair is fair and should be EQUAL!
